Could we have done better?

At ENSTROGA we take your feedback very seriously and we’re proud of the efforts we make to resolve every issue that arises with our customers as quickly and smoothly as possible. That’s because as a pan-European energy supplier with a wide experience in different markets we’re used to dealing efficiently with customer concerns and with the providers and other suppliers that are responsible for electricity supply.

We always do our best. However, sometimes even that isn’t enough. So if you have any complaints about our service, please let us know. Our Customer Ambassadors are at the forefront of your customer journey with us.
